Аннотация
У крыс, подвергнутых раннему провоспалительному стрессу (введение липополисахарида (ЛПС) на 3-й и 5-й день после рождения в дозе 50 мкг/кг), исследовали влияние содержания в условиях социальной изоляции или обогащенной среды в возрасте с 1.5 до 4 месяцев на выработку и угашение условнорефлекторного страха. Тестирование через 24 ч после обучения показало, что после социальной изоляции у самцов и самок ухудшалась выработка условнорефлекторного страха, которая проявилось в уменьшении времени замирания. Наибольшую чувствительность к социальной изоляции показали крысы с ранним провоспалительным стрессом, у которых снижалось время замирания как на сигнал, так и контекст. Предполагается, что уменьшение страха связано с дефицитом памяти. Обогащение среды снижало время замирания, но в меньшей степени, чем социальная изоляция, при этом уменьшался страх только на контекст. Угашение страха у самцов ЛПС-группы ускорялось после социальной изоляции и обогащения среды по сравнению с животными этой группы, содержащимися в стандартных условиях. Полученные результаты свидетельствуют, что после раннего провоспалительного стресса взрослые животные были более уязвимы к изменениям условий содержания.
