Аннотация

Нейтрофилы являются одними из основных клеток врожденного иммунитета и выполняют ключевую эффекторную и регуляторную функцию при развитии ответной воспалительной реакции организма. Апоптозные формы нейтрофилов имеют важное значение в регуляции интенсивности воспаления и восстановления тканевого гомеостаза. В настоящем обзоре обобщены современные данные о молекулярных механизмах модуляции апоптоза нейтрофилов основными регуляторными факторами воспалительной реакции – цитокинами, интегринами и структурными компонентами бактерий. Также проанализированы нарушения апоптоза нейтрофилов при стрессе, представлены молекулярные маркеры изменения продолжительности жизни нейтрофилов, наблюдаемые при различных заболеваниях и патологических состояниях, рассмотрена информация о фармакологических средствах модуляции апоптоза.
