ТОПОГРАФИЯ ГАНГЛИОЗНОГО СЛОЯ СЕТЧАТКИ И РЕТИНАЛЬНОЕ РАЗРЕШЕНИЕ У ГРЕБНЕЗУБОГО ДЕЛЬФИНА STENO BREDANENSIS (CETACEA: DELPHINIDAE)

Аннотация

На тотальных препаратах сетчатки выполнено морфологическое исследование ганглиозного слоя сетчатки гребнезубого дельфина Steno bredanensis. Составлены карты распределения плотности ганглиозных клеток по поверхности сетчатки. Выявлены две области концентрации ганглиозных клеток: в назальном и темпоральном секторах. Максимальные значения плотности ганглиозных клеток в назальном секторе составили 544 клеток/мм2, в темпоральном - 594 клеток/мм2. Диаметры ганглиозных клеток лежали в пределах от 12 до 50 мкм, в среднем от 20 до 29 мкм в различных областях сетчатки. Для полученных значений плотности ганглиозных клеток ретинальная разрешающая способность составила 11'.
