Аннотация

Настоящий обзор содержит базовые сведения о гипоталамо-гипофизарной системе (ГГС) и ее значимых отделах; характеризует роль возраста (акцентируя внимание на старении) как фактора, с которым связаны изменения в состоянии ГГС, опосредующие ее участие в «подготовке» предрасположенности к рассматриваемым основным хроническим неинфекционным (non-communicable) заболеваниям человека, (в частности, таких новообразований, как рак молочной железы, эндометрия и рак предстательной железы; ишемическая болезнь сердца как ведущая кардиоваскулярная патология, сахарный диабет 2 типа) с подключением важного гормонально-метаболического комплекса на основе ожирения, инсулинорезистентности и снижения толерантности к глюкозе, а также взаимодействия инсулина, инсулиноподобного фактора роста-1 и их рецепторов ) и выходом на репродуктивную и гипоталамо-гипофизарно-адреналовую систему. Приводятся сведения о контактах между подсистемами ГГС в условиях стресса, при нарушении физиологических ритмов и под влиянием гендерного фактора. Итог обзору подводит информация о возможных мерах по предупреждению основных неинфекционных заболеваний, основанных на учете роли ГГС и последствий нарушения ее функционирования. В обзоре также обсуждается тот факт, что наряду с широко признаваемым сходством гормонально-метаболических факторов, создающих платформу для развития основных неинфекционных заболеваний, имеются примеры и их несходства, это нуждается в дальнейшем изучении.
