Аннотация

Исследовали долговременное влияние сочетания стресса в пренатальный и препубертатный периоды развития на показатели тонической воспалительной боли в формалиновом тесте и уровня выраженности депрессивноподобного поведения, а также на стрессовую реактивность гормонального ответа у взрослых крыс. Кроме того, у крыс обоего пола было оценено влияние ингибитора обратного захвата серотонина (5-HT) флуоксетина и агониста 5-HT1A-рецептора буспирона, хронически вводимых их стрессированным матерям в период беременности, на исследованные типы адаптивного поведения, нарушенного пренатальным стрессом. Обнаружено, что у крыс обоего пола пренатальный стресс усилил болевой ответ, организованный на спинальном и супраспинальном уровнях центральной нервной системы, флуоксетин и буспирон нормализовали их. Стресс в препубертатный период развития нивелировал у взрослых крыс влияние пренатального стресса на воспалительный болевой ответ, интегрированный на супраспинальном уровне; в этих условиях флуоксетин и буспирон не действовали в отличие от их антиноцицептивного влияния на болевой ответ, интегрированный на спинальном уровне. Стресс в препубертатном возрасте нивелировал половые различия, обнаруженные при депрессивно-подобном поведении у пренатально не стрессированных и пренатально стрессированных с введением физиологического раствора крыс. У контрольных взрослых самок и взрослых самок с пренатальными воздействиями стресс в препубертатном возрасте повысил уровень кортикостерона в плазме крови после принудительное плавания по сравнению с базальным уровнем гормона, но достоверных различий в уровне стрессовой реактивности гормонального ответа после принудительного плавания обнаружено не было. Таким образом, идентифицированы условия стрессовых воздействий, которые повышают устойчивость к стрессу у взрослых крыс. Стресс в критические периоды развития формирует фенотип с повышенной стрессоустойчивостью к воспалительному болевому воздействию, что обнаружено в ответе, организованном на супраспинальном уровне у взрослых особей.
