Аннотация

Белок стресса, или белок теплового шока 70 кДа (Hsp70) является основным компонентом одной из наиболее консервативных систем защиты клеток и организмов от различных повреждающих факторов. Достаточно простым методов увеличения экспрессии Hsp70 в организме, в различных его органах и тканях, включая ЦНС, является тепловое прекондиционирование (ТП), то есть нагревание организма до температуры 41-42ºС. Задачей настоящего исследования явилось выяснение возможностей снижения уровня тревожно-подобного поведения крыс в тесте приподнятый крестообразный лабиринт (ПКЛ) с помощью однократного применения ТП. Показано, что через сутки после процедуры ТП у крыс отмечалось снижение уровня тревожности на основании увеличения числа и времени входов в открытые рукава ПКЛ, числа пройденных квадратов в открытых рукавах и процентного соотношения  числа входов в открытые рукава к общему числу всех входов по сравнению с контролем. Вместе с тем, наблюдалось усиление двигательной активности (увеличение числа входов в закрытые рукава) и исследовательского поведения (увеличение числа заглядываний в открытый рукав и свешиваний с него). Полученные данные свидетельствуют о способности ТП оказывать анксиолитическое действие одновременно с повышением уровней двигательной и исследовательской активностей. Эти результаты могут найти применение при разработке неинвазивных способов коррекции тревожных состояний.
