Аннотация

Избыточное долговременное накопление ионов кальция в миоплазме скелетных мышц может негативно влиять на митохондрии и приводить к нарушению функционирования мышцы. Целью настоящего исследования стало выявление роли кальциевых каналов L-типа в развитии повышенной утомляемости камбаловидной мышцы крыс в условиях функциональной разгрузки. Cамцы крыс Вистар были разделены на три группы по 8 животных в каждой: группа виварного контроля (С), группа, подвергнутая разгрузке задних конечностей на протяжении 7 суток (7HS), и группа, подвергнутая 7-суточной разгрузке задних конечностей с ежедневным внутрибрюшинным введением нифедипина (7 мг/кг массы тела). Введение нифедипина на фоне вывешивания предотвратило рост кальций-зависимого фосфорилирования кальций-кальмодулин киназы II и повышение утомляемости и способствовало сохранению митохондриальных белков, ДНК и экспрессии мРНК ряда генов-регуляторов биогенеза митохондрий в камбаловидных мышцах животных.
