В обзоре рассмотрены современные представления о патогенезе ишемического инсульта на примере как клинической практики, так и экспериментальных данных. Представлены исследования, характеризующие важность состояния гематоэнцефалическогобарьера в патогенезе ишемического инсульта. Рассмотрена значимость состояния глии напоследствия острой церебральной ишемии. Освещена значимость воспаления в течение ипоследствиях ишемического поражения. Обозначены приоритетные подходы к изучениюроли нарушений ионных механизмов поддержания мембранного потенциала при остройцеребральной ишемии.
