Аннотация

Статья посвящена изучению когнитивных процессов у больных СД 1 и 2 типа с длительностью заболевания менее 6 лет, от 6 до 10 лет и более 10 лет. В исследовании использовались модифицированный аналог d2 теста – тест “Clocks Carrousel” и опросник SF-36 для самооценки качества жизни. У больных СД 1 и 2 типа было выявлено умеренное когнитивное нарушение, а именно снижение уровня произвольного внимания, а также снижение качества жизни. Было показано, что продолжительность заболевания влияет на когнитивные процессы у больных СД, однако эти изменения носят различный характер в зависимости от типа заболевания. У пациентов с СД 1 типа наблюдалась стабильность и некоторое улучшение характеристик внимания с увеличением длительности заболевания. Выявленные изменения характеристик внимания у пациентов с СД 2 типа свидетельствовали о снижении уровня произвольного внимания с увеличением длительности заболевания. Сравнительный анализ показал, что пациенты с СД 1 типа имели более низкий уровень внимания по сравнению с пациентами с СД 2 типа. Эти различия были наиболее выражены у пациентов с длительностью заболевания менее 6 лет. Результаты теста SF-36 выявили схожую тенденцию изменения психологического статуса больных СД в зависимости от типа и длительности заболевания, что и изменения характеристик произвольного внимания.
